This project was a collaboration with Thomas Hubka to document and design a remodel and addition of a 1926 residence in the Eastmoreland neighborhood of Portland, OR.

Scope of work included field measurement, drafting of original residence, design options, and structural plans and details. Structural design was performed by Hayden Engineers
