SWEET AFTERLIFE

Gingerbread Adventures is an annual competition at Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) that tasks teams of paired architects and bakers with creating a 2'x8' themed holiday gingerbread table display to accompany a rotating exhibit. The theme in 2018-19 was Ancient Egypt, to accompany an exhibit on the discovery of King Tut's tomb. S|EA was paired with Sugar Cubed Cakes of Gresham to design and construct an entry, titled "Sweet Afterlife".

By a narrow margin, we were lucky to claim the People's Choice Award for this year! Many thanks to the bakers and fellow office team members, and all the other teams for their hard work. There was some really impressive work on display from everyone.
